Product results and experiences may vary from person to person. Product images and descriptions are intended for informational purposes and should not be considered a guarantee of specific results.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery, and billing information.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or other reasonable circumstances.
- Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders before completing a purchase.
4. Pricing & Promotions
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.
Promotional offers, discounts, and bundle deals may be subject to specific conditions, validity periods, and product availability. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
CORPUSHOP reserves the right to correct pricing errors and modify or discontinue promotions, subject to applicable law.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated processing time communicated to customers.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address and contact number. Additional delivery charges may apply where permitted if an order requires re-delivery because of incorrect details or an unsuccessful delivery.
6. Cancellations
Customers should contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancellation.
Cancellation requests may not be accepted once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched. Any approved cancellation or refund will be handled according to our applicable policies and the law.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, used, opened, or unsealed bodycare products may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs or an unboxing video, where available.
For transit damage or incorrect items, an unboxing video is strongly recommended to help us verify the issue. The absence of a video will not automatically exclude a claim where applicable law provides otherwise.
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

8. Product Usage & Safety
Customers should read product labels, ingredient lists, directions, and warnings before use.
- Perform a patch test before using a new bodycare product.
- Use products only as directed and for their intended purpose.
- Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Do not use products on broken or irritated skin unless specifically directed by a qualified professional.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bodycare products are intended for external body use and not for facial use.
CORPUSHOP does not guarantee identical results for every customer. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including product photographs, brand names, logos, designs, text, and graphics, belongs to CORPUSHOP or its respective rights holders.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
10. Creators & Affiliate Program
Participation in the CORPUSHOP Creators Program is subject to the following conditions:
- Approved creators may receive a unique referral code or tracking link.
- Eligible creators may earn a reward of 12% on qualifying sales attributed to their code or link.
- Their audiences may receive a 3% discount where the applicable offer is active.
- Rewards apply only to qualifying, completed orders, subject to the program's detailed rules.
- Cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible orders may not qualify for rewards.
- Creators must disclose their relationship with CORPUSHOP when promoting our products and must not make misleading claims.
- Free products, tools, and gifts are optional benefits and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
- CORPUSHOP may review, suspend, or terminate participation for fraud, misuse, or violations of program rules.

We collect and use customer information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and improve our services.
